[A must-read before approaching women]

A lot of guys are not approaching women mostly because they're scared of it.

This is something you CAN work on, and if you really want to work on it - you will succeed.

And this is how

1) REALIZATION

Before working on your problem, you have to know what is causing it.

Are you afraid because you don't know how to do it?
Or because you're lacking confidence?
Or because you're afraid of rejection?

Whatever it is, you can work on it and change it - so don't worry!

Think deeply and realize what is the reason you're actually scared of approaching.

2) WORKOUT

Sport is the best way to work on your problems.

Work out so you look good and you can be healthy, but also it can relieve your stress.

You're helping yourself both mentally and physically.

Probably the best thing to do is hit a gym or hire a coach who will know what's the best for you.

A lot of men aren't satisfied with their looks and that's why they don't want to approach.

So start working out!

3) CONFIDENCE

This is something a lot of men struggle with, and women love men with confidence!

There're a million tactics you can work on yourself and your confidence.

A confident man doesn't look at rejection as a missed opportunity but as a learned lesson.

Take a paper and write everything you find attractive or at least you're fine with on yourself.

And don't write just 2 things - I want the whole list!

And then stand in front of the mirror and PROUDLY and LOUDLY read it to yourself every day.

4) EGO

Women love egoistic guys, but sometimes they will turn them down too.

Don't let rejection hurt your ego - you're better than that.

You need to realize even if she rejected you, she will be the one who's embarrassed after she sees you're OKAY with it.

Women WILL sometimes reject you because it's "fun" but it stops being fun after they realize it didn't hurt you.

So, don't allow rejection to hurt your ego and pride.

It takes guts to approach someone and you did it!

Focus on that win.

5) IT WON'T KILL YOU

People are focusing too much on rejection and acting like it's a big deal.

And let me tell you something - it won't kill you.

You will still wake up tomorrow, eat, breathe, shower.

"What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger."

Approach every day to some girl - and if she rejects you - don't stop approaching.

You now know what to change and how to not do it again.

So, it really didn't kill you - you just learned new stuff.

6) SHE WILL FORGET

A woman will forget she rejected you before you - this is a perfect sign to you that you should not care as much as you do.

It wasn't, it's not and it won't be a big deal no matter how bad of rejection it was.

She will reject you then continue talking to her friends - they're so used to being approached that it's not kind of a big deal.

Someone is approaching her every day and she's rejecting someone every day.

You will be just one more guy on the list - and that's it.

7) PRACTICE

When you know something SO GOOD - you're not afraid of it.

This means that if you're afraid of approaching, it means you're not doing it enough.

Do it every day - it doesn't matter how pretty a girl is.

Practice.

The more you practice, the less afraid you are.

Because you soon realize you were just overreacting.

Practice on whoever you want - just do it.

8) BE OKAY WITH IT

Before approaching, make sure you're absolutely FINE with rejection.

Don't expect anything good and bad - be cold about it.

If you "get mad" at her when she rejects you, you're ruining your reputation.

Just show her what kind of a high value man you are - and with the biggest pride walk away.

She will be the one who will be sad she rejected you after she sees you walking so happy and egoistic.
