Steal my business idea and hit $10k/month in no time:

•••THREAD•••
Looking to make money online but don’t have an idea that could work?

• read through this thread
• put it into action
• hit $10k/month by the end of the year

Let’s go!
All it takes is an hour a day for a month to start.

That 30 hour mark is important no matter how fast you hit it.

After that, you’re going to want to start practicing.

• building landing pages
• running FB ads
• writing copy
At first you should be creating these things around a product.

We’re going to use a modern toothbrush as an example.

• making a landing page selling the toothbrush
• write a sales page selling it
• make FB ads to a targeted audience
You could even contact friends or people on social media and offer to do these things for free in exchange for a testimonial.

Just get some practice in!
2• Find a group of people to work with!

If you know web design, find someone that does FB ads and copywriting

If you know FB ads, find someone that does copywriting and web design

If you know copywriting, find someone that does FB ads + web design

Network on social media!
Finding people shouldn’t be hard as they can be beginners like you or experts in the space.

Talk for awhile and get to know each other.

Business works better once you all are friends :)
3• Start making landing pages and running traffic to them

Your goal is to niche down to a specific person/business.

Here’s the longest list I could find of niches:
https://nichehacks.com/2531-niches-for-affiliates-GWV8ZL

The more you specify your niche, the easier it is to get clients.
4• Finding clients

When you start out, working for 1-3 clients for free is best.

Focus on getting them results that are quantifiable.

Essentially, get results that you can tell someone about:
• increased lead generation by 45%
• increased sales by 14%
• made client $500k+
Your best method of outreach to these people?

Social media and cold email.

It helps to have a large following on a social media platform as it helps to show authority.

But cold email is a great way to combat that.

5• What to charge?

Once you have those quantifiable results that we talked about, you can start charging more.

Some niches won’t blink at your proposal charging $2000/page and $1000/month on ads.

At the end of the day, it’s about the value your provide, not the price tag.
If you want to charge $5k/page, what can you add to your deal to make it better than a $2k page?

Maybe:
• added widgets
• a free opt-in page made for them
• CRM integration

Lots of options. Just keep expanding your offer to provide more value.
Charge monthly for:
• ad spend
• monthly reporting
• hosting
• widget costs (if needed)

The exact amount to charge is up to you.

I think anywhere between $500-2000 is fair.
6• Growing your agency

As you consistently start to get clients and results, make an actual business.

• create your own landing page (Carrd or Webflow)
• create systems that help you onboard clients, fulfill projects, and make communication easier (Zapier or Integromat)
These alone will cost you a couple hundred a month to keep running.

Add them into your monthly costs so that you’re no longer paying for them, your clients are.
This business model can easily be scaled to make $10k/month by the end of the year.

• find a skill
• practice it
• find your partners
• niche down
• find clients
• get results
• build your agency up

That’s all it takes.
