80% of ppl who CAN scale their FB ads aren’t scaling because of these 3 reasons.

A thread on why you’re not scaling even when you’re supposed to (and what you can do about it).
1. YOU’RE AFRAID

There are a TON of reasons why people are afraid of scaling.

The BIGGEST ones?

❌It might not work.
❌It might mess everything up.
❌I might not be able to handle it.
I’ve talked to hundreds of business owners and the common issue they have is that they don't know what’s right for THEIR business.

So they end up following tactics that "gooroos" preach to them,

Without understanding if it'll be a good fit for their business or not...
But remember:

There’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all process when it comes to FB Ads.

That’s why it can be unclear and scary for many to do.

But scared money makes no money.

2. YOU’RE CONTENT

We all love to stay in our comfort zones.

Most people, when content with the results they’re getting, tend to stop growing their business and just say, “this is already good.”

Not a lot think, "Hey, maybe I can scale this!" when campaigns become profitable.
They believe that if they try to do something at a much larger scale,

It would mean that they'd risk losing the “win” that they have now.

And they don’t want that.

So they keep doing what they believe will continue working for them and don’t bother aiming higher.
Contentment arises from fear of scaling as mentioned in #1.

Some see scaling as gambling with their profitability at stake.

And that scares the shit out of them.

BUT remember, scaling is NEVER a gamble if you know what you need to do and how to do it.
3. YOU’RE UNPREPARED

Maybe you know a bit about scaling your FB ads.

But have you proven your offer?
Have you validated your tests?
Have you optimized your funnel?

You’ll run into obstacles if you scale and don’t have the right elements in place.
Remember:

Scaling isn’t simply doubling or tripling your daily budget.

There’s more to it than that.

It’s like going to the gym for the first time.

You don’t do a 300lb deadlift on your first day... you’d kill yourself.

You make the necessary preparations first.
So start with the foundations (proper execution, gaining more knowledge about fitness, etc.)

Until you’re ready to lift heavier weights.

That said, don’t go around skyrocketing your daily ad spend without having made the necessary preparations to actually scale profitably.
Look.

Testing is hard.

But scaling shouldn’t be.

If you're profitably spending $50k/month or $30k/month or even just $15k/month, you’ve already proven that your offer converts.

Not a lot of ppl can get to this point and consistently grow their revenues month over month.
In fact, the #1 reason why people don’t succeed is that they fail to make a solid offer that converts.

So…

If you’ve been consistently generating ~$30k in revenue, but you don’t know how to scale...

All you gotta do is hire the right ppl to help you.
For example:

-Coach/Consultant
-Ads agency
-CRO expert

Reinvest your profits back into your business.

Before deciding to finally scale your business, make sure that you’re ready and well-prepared for all the upcoming responsibilities and the challenges that come with it.
TLDR:

Here are the 3 reasons you’re not scaling:

1. You're already content with where you are so you're not doing anything to grow.
2. You're afraid that scaling will mess up your data & eventually your profitability.
3. You’re not ready to scale.
