/9 Friends, I believe it wise for many of you to have at least a somewhat comprehensive skill in writing. If we would like to convey to someone what it is we are trying to say, it is best that we know how best to say.
/9 No one is ignorant of the fact that we many times tend to not have an adequate rebuttal to some comment or claim. This is, for the most part, because we either have a gap in our knowledge that must be filled with adequate study, or something else entirely.
/9 Doubtless any of you has adequate knowledge in most subjects. I have seen many of you talk about a great number of things in depth. So, therefore, it is something else. And that something else is, perhaps, inadequate writing ability.
/9 To write well, you must first be able to think we'll. I should also note that we want good writing that is *honest*. We should want to avoid any degree of sophistry. To answer well has a correlation to writing well.
/9 If you notice, the best rebuttals, refutations and answers to objections or claims, have the most elegant syntax, grammar and word order. And you fully under stand what it is the writer was saying.
/9 Some things to keep in mind; You must have a clear mind and acerbic thought to answer and write adequately. So before you respond to some comment on Twitter that has inflamed an invidiousness within you, stop first and think of a good sentence, paragraph and way to respond.
/9 Secondly; mind your tone in your tweets. Some tweets sound genuine, others mocking, others joking, others serious, neutral and so on. We must have an expedient tone to the corresponding comments or claims of another person, so as to either convince or help them understand.
/9 Thirdly; keep the tweets as simple as possible. Not simple in a babyish way, but in an elegant way; think of a Mozart sonata. If we want to get our twitter interlocutors to understand what we are saying, we must feed them something easy to digest.
/9 And finally, there are those of which no degree of writing ability can get through to them. Leave them be. As I have said before... https://twitter.com/GodLPhilosophy/status/1393410466316173318?s=19
