Anyways if you struggle with mental health you’re worthy of being understood even if you DO NOT even understand yourself. You’re worthy of loving and to be loved even if you feel incapable or struggle with emotions. You still deserve it. The symptoms you never tell the world bc-
You’re afraid of being judged bc they aren’t “nice” “quirky” “cool” symptoms and most “normal” people would hate you/insult you, I feel you and I’m there w you. You’re always valid no matter what anyone else has made u feel if that’s family, friends, doctors, any health workers.
People can have the same illness but completely different symptoms or struggle a lot more, if someone handles life much easier than you? Doesnt mean you’re a failure you’re just different and no one is the same. Be gentle on yourself sometimes JUST being alive is more than enough
