1) The people. If you& #39;re involved with a DAO, you& #39;re passionate about crypto and so is everyone else working there. Everyone wants to get involved and it shows & morale is so much higher than in a large organization where many ppl are just going through the motions.

4) Lack of hierarchy. If you& #39;re new, no one is going to treat you like you& #39;re less. In corporate America, higher-level employees sometimes won& #39;t even acknowledge lower level ones. Lead devs & founders are highly accessible & welcoming at DAOs. @verto0912 @DarkForestCap
