2) There are currently 342 active cases whose original positive test dates back over four weeks, including 5 who are being reported for the first time today.

5) 60% (1240) of today& #39;s cases are found in individuals under 40 years old. The current case fatality rate in this demographic is just 0.02%. This number has held true throughout waves 1-3, and is unchanged by variants.
6) Just 5% (111) of today& #39;s cases are found in individuals 70 years or older.
While still significant and concerning, it& #39;s important to note that their case fatality rate has improved from 17.5% in waves 1 & 2, to 7% in wave 3.
