There’s a big tendency in politics to lead with cues & signals leading to deadlock - voter suppression vs voter fraud!

Look at the actual policy:
1. Is there a problem?
2. Do you care about the problem?
3. Does the proposed solution solve that problem?

Really very simple!

And forgot number 4 - do the likely side effects of said solution create new problems?
