Last Sunday day 9 of May, Europe celebrate the #EuropeDay , an occasion for celebrate that unites Europeans and how the European Union unites all the members nations of the union. START THREAD (..)

(..) But one of the basic freedoms of the European Union is not being fulfilled.
The basic principle of freedom of movement of persons inside the countries of the European Union is not being fulfilled, basic principle based in:

- Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Article 21
- Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, Article 45

(..) - European Parliament resolution of 16 January 2014 on respect for the fundamental right of free movement in the EU (2013/2960(RSP)).
And this infringement it will make me lost the opportunity to get a job, concretely the exams to apply for a job at (..)

(..) the Spanish Embassy in Malta. These exams will take place next day 20 of May, and there aren’t any transport connections between Spain and Malta until June, and both Spain and Malta are members of the European Union and the Schengen Agreement. (..)

(..) So I told deeper my situation in relation to this fact to a wide group of media members of @EBU_HQ to expose this reality that is happening inside the European Union but as I exposed a few lines back in this thread I PROPOSED A SOLUTION to this problem (..)

(..) and I think that if there is a moment to make the commitment that EU and Schengen citizens have access to free movement a reality, it is precisely now.
