It is fucking heartbreaking and infuriating to see young lesbians guilted into feeling that they somehow need to justify or repent for their lack of interest in males.

I don't care which side of the fence the sentiment is coming from, woke or conservative, expecting lesbians to magically turn straight/bi for your own comfort or validation is disgusting.

I bring up lesbians specifically, because gay men like myself aren't targeted like this. We get harrassed, sure, but not to this extent. We don't get rape or death threats from females who we turn down. Really, ask yourself WHY that is.

Throughout the years I have heard many people in my own life deride, and in some cases even disown, lesbians who aren't open to being with males in the name of 'inclusivity.' These same people never bothered to put the heat on me for exclusively dating/sleeping with the same sex.

The double standard is fucking maddening to me. Idek where I'm going with this thread, I'm just angry after seeing cotton ceiling exhibit #928823 and I'm beyond tired of anyone who has the nerve to claim that any of this is 'progressive.' It's just misogyny, all the way down.
