‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

to everyone who is seeing this thread right now please do not ignore it. please read this thread carefully and rt this so it reaches more people. this thread is about the covid situation in india.
i am terrible with words but i hope you will understand the situation. this isn't a joke which can pass by easily. this is about a person's life, their family, their country. i see no one talking about this. so please please rt this.
in india, there are 350,000 to 400,000+ cases accompanied with 2, 500 to 3,500 deaths per day. due to the country's huge population and vast density, the virus is spreading rapidly even through lockdown in some places.
having cases is OK if there is proper health facilities but unfortunately it has collapsed. the problem is not with the finances but with the health infrastructure. we have a shortage of nurses, doctors, oxygen cylinders, medicines and beds in the hospital.
thousands of affected people are dying outside the doors of the hospitals eventhough they could be cured. the crowds outside the hospitals have became the hot-spot of covid. so many helpless people are walking onto each other and are unknowingly catching the virus
the dead bodies are being burned or being cremated but the cremation sites are getting overflowed. no one knows what happens to the dead bodies.
you may have heard that more than a hundred bodies were thrown in the rivers of ganga and yamuna. the rivers are also a source of agriculture to rural areas. now imagine the amount of virus infected water flowing through the water pipes at this moment. you wouldn't know that
lately the government has ran out of vaccines. at first, they opened the vaccinations on a big scale for all above the age of 18 and recently the vaccine is barely available for those who still need to get their 2nd dose of vaccine
students are also having one of the toughest times of their lives. so many of them are getting the news of the illness or deaths of their own teachers. even the effectiveness of online classes are fading out they are getting exposed to an unpleasant atmosphere at such a young age
elections were held here recently and they have turned into a huge covid storm. the crowded rallies and announcements as they conducted them in desire of the political power were very threatening.
thinking about the government's role in this situation. political parties here are more interested and busy in blaming and attacking each other rather than thinking about the ways to help the people of their own country.
our government here is busy building temples and building when the money could've been used in covid relief fund. there's a literal mass genocide happening right now and the government is letting it happen
as an indian, i kindly urge you to donate as much as you can. even a small amount as 200 rupees would mean us a lot. please do not neglect this situation.
in the end, i would like to say to atleast raise awareness of this issue. the virus affecting this badly in one of the world's most populous country will find its way to affect everyone
