A semi-long rant about cancelling in mcyttwt

Going in order from most recent, HBomb:
Where was everyone when HBomb first reacted to Sad-ist's animatic? Why was it brought up after the recent influx of cancelations on content creators?

HBomb is not even wrong. The people saying "george get behind me!!!" in the qrts, is not solving anything. Also, saying he's a pedophile doesn't help at all.

HBomb pointed out that there are weird people in this fandom that go as far as to ship both Tommy and Wilbur and will write fanfictions about it.

Next, Karl:
This whole situation happened so suddenly. No one ever expected Karl to associate with the people he did. Though, this happened 3-4 years ago. Again, why cancel him now?

I would expect the terrible people he associated with the be called first before him. Even the anti-Semitism was blown WAY out of proportion. Karl related his messages to calling out someone with a big nose.

They weren't even on the topic of Jewish people, but because big noses are closely related to Jewish people this was considered anti-Semitism. I completely understand how this could be harmful to Jewish fans, but I don't understand why Karl was forced to apologize for this.

Watching Karl today you can tell that he tries his best to check up on his viewers and asks if anything needs to be changed.

Lastly, Technoblade:
5 years ago Technoblade made some questionable jokes. One of the jokes being "Is Hitler a lesbian?" The joke being that Hitler could not be a lesbian because he is not even female. Lesbians were upset about being compared to someone as terrible as Hitler.

Technoblade was not comparing lesbians to Hitler in any way at all. He simply made a dumb joke that quite obviously was taken the wrong way a few years later.

Also, I've seen recently people creating new subtwts such as "coraltwt" and "delilahtwt". I'm fairly sure that cc's would not support their friend being replaced and/or taken out of their own group because YOU don't like that one person.

There is so much more that I could talk about, but I'm sure I would bore you with an entire essay on this topic.
I hope you can understand the claims I made in this thread and will take them into consideration.
