I think this season shows with the right investment this team can challenge. Yes, we nowhere near that level of Man City but aren't a million miles away either. 2nd in the league & in the EL final. We have moved forward even though at times we have either played great or awful..

..there has been progression.

Last summer's transfer window was nothing short of dismal, luckily the Cavani transfer worked out because VDB & Telles have done nothing to show they should be a starter. (I am sure Donny will come good next season)

We have done this long & hard..

...season with little rest and a short turnaround with a squad of about 15 players. Take our XL vs Villa then add DDG, AM, EC & Telles at a push who have played a role where we are now. We have barely used the rest.

If we really backed ole & the team, get the 3/4 quality...

....players we need, this is a squad already with some fantastic players, there is no reason why we can't start challenging.

Ole has done his part of the bargain so at least back him with the players he wants, that we want, to move our club forward.
