Aim of my Twitter Handle.

Financial Literacy (for myself & others)
This can be achieved only with:

Consistent efforts,
Learning from market research leaders &
further by executing the gained knowledge
On Twitter already various knowledgeable people exist & are doing their best to give back to society from their wisdom & knowledge they possess.
I'll talk about Mutual Funds(MF) & Stocks in future Tweets.
Till About last year I was having a very superficial knowledge about Stocks & MFs. Though I am investing in MFs for the last 5 years on the basis of what my friends have told me. But I have never bothered myself in getting in-depth about my investments till last year's lockdown.
You won't believe I was fortunate to get substantial returns despite my neglect towards MFs details.
But I am sure it is not going to be the same always.
So let me ask a question here!
Do you know how many people in India invest in MFs?
Let me help you with the answer!
MFs industry added close to 81 lakh investor accounts in 2020-21 which makes the total tally to >9 crores (Reference Livemint Article on 25-Apr-21). Isn't a huge number!
Indeed Yes!

If I talk about my family, my sister does invest in MFs, but when I asked her a simple question which was
Are you investing in Regular plans/Direct plans?
She was not sure of the answer.
Similarly, there are many amongst us who are investing but with a low level of knowledge & understanding.
But it's never too late.
Life is a continuous learning race.
Keep learning! Never Shy! Coz those who shy away from learning will be at a maximum loss.
With this, I end this thread.
