As a business owner . @Trustpilot is the worst site we have ever had to deal with. We often have to ban users who steal from photographers or work to defraud our platform. The 1st thing they do is 1* rate us with blatant bullshit that we cannot get removed cases in point: 1/x
Banned for buying fake traffic and spamming our platform with bots
No where do we state you can't share content to get views and comments etc. We do specifically state that you cannot offer a 'like for a like' user banned for being part of a telegram chat group where they would all like each others content
User banned for incentivising views, same group as the review above
Absolutely false claims on this one. Number of subscribers to an account is completely irrelevant to a users success . It is down to how good their photos are
In summation, unless @Trustpilot moves to require evidence of false accusations against a company that cannot be removed by said company then Trustpilot needs to be held legally accountable for damages caused.
And some more. Apparently we're a scam yet published independent evidence shows we clearly are not a scam
This woman told us to fuck off when we offered to help her
More cries of 'scam' because you have to pay £1.60 a month to use our site. A website not being free to use does not make it a scam
Evidence clearly shows we pay 0.4c oer view. When we first started 4yrs ago the site we paid 0.18c per view. Plus, our FAQ clearly states reporting lags by 48hrs. Again, our evidence completely ignored by @Trustpilot
No where do we state we pay $0.4 or $0.25 per view. Again, evidence supplied by us completely ignored
Yes, you have to have a paid account to use our platform. That does not make the site a scam. As to the rest, that's alI rubbish as anyone who uses the site will attest too.
This guy somehow got his review verified. No idea how because all of his figures, 'facts' and statements were clearly disproved by the evidence we presented which of course was ignored
Shall we continue @Trustpilot ? Or shall we start pursuing legal action? I am sure there are a vast amount of companies that have similar problems given your extremely poor moderation standards. What makes it worse is we cannot remove our business from your platform fair enough
If reviews reflect the truth, but as demonstrated in this thread most of our 1 star reviews are either clearly false or thieves and scammers who have been caught out by us and want to damage our reputation. Fortunately for us most people don't seem to care about trustpilot
Anymore or we would be aggressively pursuing this in court.
