This fake 1973 ‘Constitution’ is designed for paralysis that Pakistan is in. Its 18th Amendments facilitates further break up of Pakistan. The ruling elite have no interest in survival of Pakistan as they have proved by their actions.

It is vital & urgent need to break the logjam. Although it may seem impossible if we go by opinion of politicians and subversive media, it is NOT difficult.
My plan requires about Rs 500 billion and 2-3 years’ time to correct course.

Basic & first step is to reach out to the people. The President, advised by PM & supported by Army Chief declares Emergency, dissolves Assemblies & forms interim govt. He announces allocation of Rs 70 million to each Union Council for livelihood programs

Existing Union Councils (UC) are made responsible to ensure that no one sleeps hungry, every child attends school and everyone gets required medical treatment. Additional staff like Community Development Officers and supervisory staff is provided to UCs.
