if u don’t know how this all started, here is a quick summary:
arab muslims, christians, and jews mostly lived in peace and harmony and even shared historic landmarks and places of worship. however, this was until the holocaust when antisemitism began to grow.
after the holocaust when jews were getting kicked out of europe, palestine took them in as refugees. but since antisemitism got worse, the zionist movement grew during the 19 century meaning the ideology of have a jewish only state grew.
to get rid of the european jews and satisfy their wants, britain gave palestinian land to the european without even consulting the neighboring arab countries and the united nations. but most importantly, without consulting palestine themselves.
