Here’s how to fix it.

Start with YOU first.

Lead with intention and focus.

No phone/e-mail allowed.

They can’t SEE you but they need to FEEL you. Respond timely with COMPLETED actions or updates.

Also NEVER respond angry.

Reassure and remain in control.
No one gets to steal your joy, ever.

We have heavy and light days, in between grab a cup of green tea, skip for 5 minutes, meditate or watch a comedy for 15 minutes.

Whatever it takes to remain centered, do that.

If the world is on fire, BE THE FIREMAN.

Don’t lose your head over nothing.

Sometimes it’s best to RETURN calls especially if you’re in your flow or zone of genius.

I try not to answer calls when I’m writing copy or replying on socials.

Unless it’s my boss or supervisor, it can wait.

You’re unavailable, they’ll get it!

High stress environments warrant you to feel the need to resign but if you can handle it here, you’ll be fine.

Take the time to remind yourself of how AWESOME you are and the KEY skills you bring, knowing that whatever challenges you have you’ll always win.

Check your calendar and see what days you have free. If there’s a no meeting day, grab a lunch time and book a spa date the next day.

One thing I’ve learnt is that WFH allows you to be MORE efficient with your time.

You have a job and many don’t, so how can you use IT in your favor?

Can you do ALL your work in time daily to take more time out for you?
