One way to know if the neos are in a dream or not is by having fire around them, which explains the candle and further more proves this theory.

Also, we know that once all 23 members resonate (which they did in NCT 2020), they are supposed to turn back time to go back to reality. Which happened in WayV’s “Kick Back”. And according to this thread, dream have entered reality, which was exactly their purpose.

Is NCT officially back to reality ??
