History has already witnessed one-party states that don't tolerate the slightest dissent, set up concentration camps for minorities, have oligarchic capitalist economies where owners rely on the ruling party, and which threaten their neighbors with territorial aggression. 2/3

The major powers need to set aside their differences, not just for their own sake, but for developing countries whose economic and social development have been set back for decades, and demand compensation. China needs to pay reparations and accede to Taiwan's sovereignty. 3/3
