Those people saying "Dante is a bad Villain" do not understand the sheer genius writing that goes behind this man.

First of all, Dante is by far the most unique villain out of any new gen and one of the most unique villains in any shonen.
This guy is the personification and the ultimate form of Narcissism. It’s Narcissim itself in human form.

I will not go in depth into his character or anything, ain’t nobody got time for that. I’ll just focus on why he’s serving his purpose greatly so far.
As I said, Dante is the personification of Narcissism, it's fitting that he should end in a humiliating way instead of dying a glorious death as he would love while fighting someone like Asta.
As funny as it might sound, this guy is a multi-purpose villain.
1- Dante Challenged Asta's ideals and provided a very interesting and unique ideology/ philosophy that was proven right multiple times including in Nacht's flashback
2- provided us with one of the best if not the best fight in modern shonen.
3- Made countless Characters look extremely good including Asta, Yami, Zenon, Jack, Nacht, the twin devils, and MOST IMPORTANTLY Magna.
4- He’s *canonically* a toy
This guy is so entertaining, it’s so hilarious 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I personally think he’s the funniest and most unique villain I’ve ever seen. Because of his extremely narcissistic nature, he was being disrespected from the moment he made his debut.
It’s clear that Tabata hates him and he’s intentionally written him this way.

He made a C-Tier Character like Magna jump straight to A-Tier. That’s a win in my book and Tabata achieved wonders with Dante's character in my humble opinion. Please understand that.
