I posted recently about discovering all the SMB (small and medium size business) goodness I've found here on Twitter.

You all wanted to know who specifically I was speaking of.

So here it goes - my list of 10 SMB must-follows on Twitter 👇
1. @sweatystartup

This is an easy one that you all are probably already aware of. Squarely on the gratuitously contrarian side of the spectrum, but super valuable info and example of the much coveted SMB to real estate transition.
2. @Codie_Sanchez

An ex-wall street type that found a better balance by acquiring and investing in small companies, Codie brings a traditional financial background an contrarian thinking into the SMB realm.
3. @roblabonne

Lil bit of self storage, lot of hustle. A grocery store owner that's on Twitter – has to be a pretty thin Venn diagram overlap.
4. @WilsonCompanies

John bought his dad's plumbing business at a young age, then 10x'd it through growth and acquisitions and is now scaling his SMB acquisition process. Great podcast too.
5. @SullyBusiness

Local (to me - NC) janitorial business owner. Lots of great transparency around scaling a new business that relies on high-churn, part time, help.
6. @StrongpointRich

Ex-military scaling a plumbing/HVAC business that he's managing from afar. Love the military-inspired leadership displayed by some of his stories.
7. @chasemurdock

Experienced acquirer that is well into the scaling phase of the biz. Great aspirational follow for where you want to get to, and what to focus on once you've have one or two under your belt.
8. @grahammthompson

Landscape business owner speaking very openly about employee management and hiring labor workers. Splash in some painful ownership transition stories and you have a very real sense of the SMB life.
9. @SamtLeslie

Owner of several business, Sam gives a lot of great advice about the acquisition and due diligence process (and memes!)
10. @girdley

I like my advice delivered sarcastically and with a healthy dose of humor. Michael delivers this in spades and is part of two podcasts focused on the SMB space.
Hope this list gives you some pointers on where to go for SMB operators of all experience levels – their content has been hugely valuable for me so far
