♡︎ stop setting a calorie limit!
this may seem weird, but i found that not have a strict limit was the best way for me.
♡︎ Personally I don’t go over 1000, and when i set that for myself I started eating 600-800 cals a day!

♡︎ avoid sugar! i found that when i avoided sugar i ate a LOT less.
♡︎ Have foods that are low calorie available! Foods that are under 200 calories are the best for me, typically fruit in the morning, something light in the afternoon, nothing for dinner (unless i go to school)
♡︎ find a youtube you can watch comfortably while eating! I watch amber reid to crush urges and i watch some other you tubers to pass time.
♡︎ Find a hobby!! Finding something you enjoy doing can make you forget to eat or stave off the hunger all together.
♡︎ Write down goals to look back to! I’m not just talking gw1 and gw2, i mean specific things, for me:
1. modeling again
2. no boobs so small tops
3. take candid skinny photos and videos

♡︎ most important/ EAT THE FOOD U WANNA EAT!!! if you wanna eat a cookie eat it. just not the whole thing!! eat half. sometimes u can succumb to your urges but in moderation
♡︎ get out of the house
if you can eat a little bit and then go on a walk, hang out with friends, don’t be home, don’t bring money so you can’t buy food, etc etc
