The man they framed as a brave patriot was in fact responsible for assaulting a woman. Charges have been filed. The protester they claimed pointed a gun didn& #39;t have a gun and broke no laws, according to Plano police. (2/)

Paxton likely got his info via Ngo or Posobiec. Both shared wildly inaccurate claims about the incident which have been debunked by Plano Police. (5/)

He claims that the man "slapped a person& #39;s hand out of his face" which is not at all what happened. A 6& #39;7" man tried to slap the phone out of a woman& #39;s hand. He was the aggressor.
