I got my 2nd shot of the covid vaccine rmtoady, so in spirit for preparing for the worst, vol2, I started watching Bridgerton. This will be a thread with my thoughts on it.

Overall, I don't mind the genre, I like romance and slow burns, with silly ruses in the background. The jelwery is nice in this show. It's quite okay, if you cannot pay full attention. Otherwise I would probably stop watching it.

Also the actors are quite hot. I ship the sister (Eloise) and other sister (Penelope), they are cute and if they won't turn out to be a lesbian couple I will hit someone.

Also the fact that the brother who likes the opera singer had an unshaved chest in partially nide scenes brought me joy. Please, bring me more of that.

I wish that the ladies had unshaved legs, would be great.

I will not comment on the race issue in this show, because Ughhh

Spoiler: I do not understand why The Brother wanted to give off Daphne to this weird ass dude who looked drunk all the time. That guy had to reek of alcohol, especially because half of his dialogue was gibberish.

Also, I'm on episode 3. There were some sex scenes already and I am baffled why none of the dudes entered a room with their lover with a raging hard-on. It would look amazing in those pants. If it won't happen, I will punch something (a pillow).

Oh, it's good that the brothers have different haircuts and sideburns because I would not be able to tell them apart.
