All of this "wait until you get robbed or attacked" stuff that gets thrown at abolitionists... like have y& #39;all ever actually been robbed or attacked? What did the police do? Write it down?
Say what you will, but I don& #39;t think I& #39;ve been any worse off for skipping that part when I& #39;ve experienced harm.
Someone on here once told me, "Sorry, but I want there to be someone I can call" if they got robbed or assaulted, and the thing is, I do too. I want there to be someone we can call that would actually help in some way. We don& #39;t have that right now. We have *the idea* of that.
