THREAD: As an atty who has investigated massive issues I am well aware that int’l conspiracies take loads of time 2 piece together such as the 45** admin & then charge so please don’t explain that 2 me as if idk. That being said we have low-hanging fruit & state indictments 1/

that are currently available & could be charged, such as DeJoy at the state level, while ALL other investigations cont & other charges are added. 45**’s kids could be indicted @ the state level & initial charges against legislators who incited the insurrection, etc. The 2/

absolute NEED to treat ANY indictment/arrest/investigation different for members of the prior admin is beyond CRITICAL. We do not operate under “normal” procedures here. That was done the last 4 yrs & FAILED us massively. NOW the cleanup/remediation is even WORSE than it 3/

SHOULD have been. I mean criminey, we aren’t even holding people responsible for contempt which is low-hanging fruit. Just get the ball rolling in SOME way. NO ONE is believing a complete investigation should be done by now but MANY legal experts such as myself believe 4/

local/state/even some federal misdemeanors/felonies are chargeable now while other investigations are pending. It’s not all or nothing 5 months into a competent administration in regard to the former guy. But we don’t even have a Trump Crimes Commission established which would 5/

be the cornerstone to ALL investigations tied to the global criminal enterprise previously run out of the White House. We continue to FAIL when we do everything “normally” or act as if this is just another bad admin. What happened was historic in destruction & predictors 6/

and when we push at the pace of “normal” or consider the only alternative to indictments & arrest as “all or nothing” we fail. Make the snowball an avalanche. GLOVES OFF. We see an entire political party literally make up lies & SUPPORT an overthrow of our gov’t. That means 7/

our democracy is not just continuing to be at risk but sitting on the cusp of autocracy as another election comes up where that same party is gaining ground in the legislature which is beyond sad but dangerous & scary more. This is WAY worse than Nixon or anything we have 8/

ever seen. Just know someone who can read, doesn’t tweet or say the quiet parts out loud, who is a better liar, better conman, better at being evil bc he has some brains & experience is waiting in the wings. Just rabidly foaming at the mouth for the chance to be a dictator 9/

as the stage/foundation have ALREADY been laid. Do not sit back & accept “this is how it’s usually been done.” That is equally as dangerous. We MUST begin indictments rn @ any level on anything which makes these traitors easier 2 remove & makes their lives pure hell. Do it. END/
