Definitely there will be days where you will feel down and along with that there will be days where you'll be in high spirits. But no matter what you face, whatever kind of situation you are into, just remember that :
- This will too pass. Good or Bad. It might stay there for much long than usual but eventually it is just another day which will end.
- No amount of anxiety can change what is bound to happen, so let it happen and have enough courage to face the shit.
- Your circumstances or situation are end result of your efforts and doings. And they both are under you full controls.
- Future is uncertain. People take this fact something to worry about but instead this can be the most hope giving and strengthening fact.
Because if it is uncertain then it can be influenced by your efforts and doings, and if you put enough belief then future is always better than present.
- Future can be better than present, always, but it's the steps taken in Present that make it happen. So nothing can replace the importance of Present. Focus on Present.
