Big news from the Mayor’s press conference this morning. Capacity limits lifting on schools, childcare centers, gyms, etc on May 21.

I still encourage anyone who hasn’t been vaxxed yet to take the shot. For now (no legal opinion from AG or Mayor’s Office of Legal Counsel yet), businesses do have flexibility in deciding to ask for proof of vaccination prior to entry.

We checked the Capital One arena schedule this morning. They already have tours on the calendar for September — Celine Dion, Marc Anthony, & Harry Styles are the big ones.

Curious to see if smaller venues are able to book for earlier this summer.

Before someone asks — We don’t know yet what this means for schools for THIS school year. Term 4 is already underway and the last day of school for DCPS is June 24. Will ask.
