2. Post 1947- we simply let the Civil Services carry on. A system that was designed to oppress Indians- and we never stepped back to think if our admin systems require a rethink.

You've talked about how Indian Army bns are formed on lines of caste- JAT, SIKH, GORKHA etc...

3. Why didn't anyone realize that having entire Inf regiments in basis of caste is not done in a professional army? The British did it to divide us and we simply carried on with it.

Be it our archaic system of schooling which was designed by the British, to the system of choosing Civil Servants via UPSC.

Why GoI rethink bureaucracy from scratch? Study all nations with successful governments, how their bureaucracies work, how we can adapt those systems to India and then decide on way forward.

6. To make India great in this century, GoI should obliterate in next 5 years, all systems/processes that were carried forward from British Rule- be it in education, defense, administration, homeland security, etc

Obliterate and rethink everything as per today's needs.

7. Truly seeking out thinkers in our society today is a task because of all of these archaic, hierarchical systems implemented by British that still carry on till date, which incentivised people to in the system to not think and just do.

8. Inside our universities, amongst Industry leaders and entrepreneurs- anyone who can think orginal and contribute positively.

Rather than crib about 1947-2021, why can't govt think about next 100 yrs and the idea of India?
