There are many crackhead theories on this fandom. Many used to believe on Bak-u-go and many believe in Dad for One... but I've never seen anyone, except for myself, talk about the woman, the myth, the legend: Granny Evil.

[Granny Evil, the sneaky All for One servant thread]

All for One has many, many loyal servants. From a colossal mountain of unstoppable destruction to a disgusting, but certainty brilliant genius, scientific that is Dr. Garaki.

But maybe, just maybe... there is another.

Who's Granny Evil, Mawari? She's an old lady, a sneaky little witch that pops up on villains backstories, the wife of none other than Kyudai Garaki, the grandma of nomus, a fucking legend. Let me explain.

Her firsr appearance in the manga was in chapter 39: "Shoto Todoroki: Origin". She's on a very small panel taking care of Natsuo, Fuyumi and specifically little Toya.
As we learn later in chapter 302, she was hired by Enji after Toya tried to murder baby Shoto.

Years after the murder attempt, Granny was still with the Todoroki fam. She seemed close to the kids.

The Sekoto peak incident:

As stated on chapter 291, in the aftermath of the Sekoto peak incident only a fragment of Toya's lower jawbone could be found, no trace of his body.

But as we know, Toya is still alive, kicking and destroying hero society.
What happened after he lit himself up? How is he still alive?
Granny Evil retrieved the body and took him to his lovely twisted husband: Kyudai Garaki.

In chapter 221 "Memento from All for One", Kyudai alluded to meeting "some of them" before. Garaki also seems to trust a lot in Dabi, tasking him with Hood-chan.

All for One would obviously have his eye on one of the strongest heroes in Japan and his family.

Moving on from the Todoroki family drama. The second time we meet GE is in chapter 57 "The Aftermath of hero killer Stain". Funny enough this is the first time All for One name was mentioned. Coincidence? I don't think so.

She's in Stains youtube video, explaining how she always saw Chizome in front of the station.
Could Granny Evil poisoned his mind with dangerous ideologies? Did AFO plan the birth of the hero killer Stain just to be a stepping stone for his pupil? We might never know.

Now, her final appearance (until now) was in chapter 237 "Tomura Shigaraki: Origin".

She's one of the bystanders that walked past little Tenko without lending him a hand. She told Shimura that "a hero or somebody was going to help him".

This was planned by AFO. He sent GE to fuel the hatred in Tenko, to plant the seed of hatred for hero society. She helped in the creation of the symbol of fear: Tomura Shigaraki.

The only thing left to discuss is her relationship to Garaki.
In episode 15 of season 2 of the Church of MHA, the question "Whose pussy was popped by Dr. Garaki?" was brought up. I bring an aswer to this.

Both of them have been AFO's loyal servants for decades, so it is easy to assume that they could've formed a relationship. Garaki then proceeded to experiment with their own grandchild, Tsubasa, turning him into one of the mindless Nomus.

That's it for this crackhead theory, and i proud mysef on being the only believer of the Granny Evil theory. It all lines up, it's just a matter of time. Chapter 327 baby, just you wait.
