$TEL: HOW TO BUY TELCOIN ON KUCOIN EXCHANGE THREAD - SIMPLE AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND:

This thread appeals anyone who doesn't know how to buy $TEL from KuCoin exchange. I've summarised how to do this for you. Enjoy purchasing!

1. Withdraw your tokens from the current exchange (Binance, Kraken, whichever you may be using) and deposit them into KuCoin. Use the deposit wallet address provided by KuCoin. For tutorial purposes I used ETH but to save on high fees, you can use $XLM $XRP $ADA.

2. When your tokens arrive into KuCoin, it will be sent to your "Main Account". You will need to transfer over to the "Trading Account" for you to be able to trade.

4. Now you need to go into KuCoin exchange. To do so: Trade > Spot Trading. Type your Trading Password in and you should see this.

5. Now first of all, you need to sell your initial token to buy USDT. As KuCoin makes you type in the price manually, you have to type in the live price of [the asset] and the amount you want to sell. So if I wanted to sell 1 ETH into USDT it would be like this:

6. If the trade order doesn't get filled, it may be because the price has risen between the time you entered the order. You can wait for it to fulfil or cancel the order and try again with the live price.

7. Now assuming you have USDT, it is time to buy $TEL. Click beside the KuCoin logo on the top left and type in "TEL". Repeat the process as shown above but this time you need to buy $TEL.

8. When the order is filled, you can keep the $TEL in your trading account if you want to spot-trade, but for holding long-term, send it over to your Main Account by clicking on Transfer:

9. Lastly, I'd advise you to withdraw your $TEL from the exchange and keep it in a wallet. $TEL is an ERC-20 token so any ERC-20 compatible wallets will allow you to store $TEL. I personally use a Nano Ledger S as cold wallets are the safest.
