More trespass pass notices handed out to people in tents this morning. They threaten people just trying to survive with 10 thousand dollar fines. These oppressive tactics by the City push people to move around more & force people to contravene the provincial “lock-down” orders.

This story about #gentrification gets even more stark. 3 City trucks have pulled up to set up a #CafeTO patio on public land. This happened a couple hours after trespass notices were handed to people sleeping in tents on public land. The poor get $10,000 fines, the rich get wine.
