We are extremely concerned about the current situation in Khlong Toei. The amount of COVID cases being discovered has skyrocketed, especially today. We have conducted private tests as well for those who do not have and have received numerous positive results.

Our volunteers will no longer be allowed to enter slums in the Khlong Toei area, this is heartbreaking for us, we have become friends with many of these people and it hurts to be separated from them.

However, we have worked out a deal with the local government.

Our donations and deliveries will continue uninterrupted. We have built supply chains and trust with the local government and we will turn all of our donations over to them for distribution two times per day.

So now, more than ever, we need to help these people.

It is often the case when people in these vulnerable communities are exposed to COVID they are kept in their homes, which are often woefully inadequate, or kept in quarantine centers.

These people live at or below the poverty line and missing even a days income is devastating.

We are asking for more help for these communities in Khlong Toei, please, consider donating, even if it is just one meal, which we can make for only 19 baht. Anything and everything is needed to help these people.
