I was able to take out a $7k loan on my @Bosslogic “Forever Memba” using @nftfi two months after purchase. This was a piece that I bought on @niftygateway for $724. I eventually paid back that loan with some of the profits I made from that $7k. I didn’t have to sell my art!

I own @trevorjonesart’s “Bitcoin Angel” which gives me exclusive access to his club and role in his discord with some great perks he has planned for all holders in the future.

I’m a top 0.1 % account holder on @nbatopshot and starting to see some great perks such as collectors score which will give access to the more lucrative pack drops. The first score requirement was just 220 but I can see many more great perks to come for loyal collectors!

I own a digital slot machine inside @decentralgames’s digital casino. This is the first revenue generating NFT and run inside @decentraland’s Vegas City. In the future, I will earn a share of the gameplay rewards! In less than 6 months, they’ve earned $2.9 million ingame profits.

I own a few @zed_run horses. I can earn money racing these horses and put them out to breed. I was surprised how someone paid me $70 to breed with my horse. Now my horse has a bastard son out there somewhere.

I’m also the owner of some great blockchain domains! The crypto space is still centralized since these sites are still run on domains that can be found on Godaddy Blockchain domains are the future and will provide a lot of needed security if we want true decentralization.

My newest obsession has been with @BoredApeYC. I see them as the future of the fashion industry. They give all NFT holders exclusive rights to their apes.

This is the best example right now: this @TheHashmasks NFT holder received $4k in licensing fees bc @TerraVirtuaHQ wanted to use that NFT to create their own.
