If I were the Israeli-Palestinian conflict I would simply stop

There are a lot of powerful people for whom it is useful to keep folks intimidated by the prospect of learning about the nature of what happens in Israel/Palestine — defy them and learn! It’s not nearly as complicated as you’d think! Solutions, on the other hand...

There is no truly “objective” way to talk about Israel/Palestine, alas. Indeed, studying it is a gateway to understanding that there are, in fact, no such thing as objective speech acts

Maybe a better word than “objective” is “politically neutral”? Whatever, I’ll get heat for this thread no matter what I say, and so be it
