The year of 2001 late January Bhuj area of Gujarat was rocked by a massive earthquake, 7.7 on the Richter scale. It reduced the entire industrial state of Gujarat , Bhuj, Jamnagar, Ahmedabad, Rajkot etc to rubble. Death toll as per official estimates was set at 25,000. 1/n

Gujarat was literally flattened to the ground . Immediately post the earthquake and the massive human tragedy that brought in its wake , aid started putting in. The central leadership in power at Delhi under Atal Bihari Vajpayee called up a humble RSS karyakarta to move 2/n

To Gujarat. He immediately set to work of re building the state from the rubbles . During the same.period , the Ram Janam Bhoomi agitation was live and with in a year of the massive earth quake the state once again was rocked by communal riots post the Godhra incident. 3/n

Both national media/international media swooped down on the state and what essentially was a communal riot in a traditional polarized state was painted as a pogrom and the obvious target at the centre was the state chief minister.Shown as a murderer of innocents .Tarnished 4/n

He was hounded by the international and national press along with the union government at the centre. All attempts were made to throw him in jail by various court monitored enquiry commissions. All along his popularity among the citizens of Gujarat kept rising and he kept 5/n

Winning election after election. Gujarat from the rubbles of 2001 rose to be back among the leading top states of india. No major communal flare up ever happened post 2002 . The state saw peace and prosperity. He remained CM for 12 1/2 years with full trust of the citizens 6/n

He got elected in 2014 to lead the nation with a handsome majority . With his model of clean and efficient governance he swept back to power in 2019 with a larger majority and now threatened to put India on the global map capable of flexing its muscles before the world powers7/n

Covid19 presented an oppurtunity for the ppl who have been .most affected by his rise and policies. They are once again leaving no stones unturned in trying to once again tarnish his image and rub his nose into the ground, for which they are willing to kill innocents even 8/n

13 years as CM followed by 7 years as CM of the most populous and complex country in the world . To think that he does not know what he is doing would be plain stupidity on our part . Having observed his action past 21 years, I have my complete faith in him for he has 9/n

The complete good of my nation and its citizens in his heart.I simply support my PM as he navigates the nation through these trying times when the best of the best of nations threaten to collapse .Let's believe in the true leader and lend him a helping hand or shoulder.Jai Hind
