This week is Mental Health Awareness week. Mental health is something that can affect us all. It certainly has affected us 4 and our family and friends, and it& #39;s important we talk about these things to help anyone who is struggling.

Especially throughout the last year, living in times without physical contact and Isolation, it is important we talk about these struggles and help those in need, or ourselves.
If you& #39;ve got a mate who& #39;s being a bit quiet at the moment, reach out to them and check they& #39;re okay. If you& #39;re that mate, know that things WILL get better and you& #39;re not alone. This is not forever. You are loved. We WILL be back to the good times again.
