Top tip for a Monday. Book yourself an hour a day for learning..... I have in my calendar everyday an hour labelled “The Learning Hour” pick your topic and make sure you use it. Rules are you can move it around the day but you have to complete. Learn something new everyday.
I also book an hour a day for exercise. Again can be moved but you have to get it done. Then also make sure you book in breakfast, lunch and dinner. Looking after yourself is a must especially now we are a year into this working from home and we have a few more months left yet.
And finally on this thread, if your boss says no... got to think about that. Your boss doesn’t have your health or your future top of their minds. Probably find a boss and team that have the same ethos.
