The more I read this judgment, d more am I shocked at state of India, it's law enforcmnt & judiciary! Look @ facts of case:
1. Temple festivl procession on for years 2gthr -till 2011 w/o any problem!

- 'Minority' files a petition in Court terming a 'Majority' Temple festival as "SIN!!"
- And What do u expect was the response??
- Any action against petitioner 4 showing #Intolerance or violating principles of #Secularism?

- No!! they put restrictions on the procession itself!!

5. Now a division Bench of High Court ruled that "Sorry!! While ppl can have religion's, the streets and Mohallas cannot have religion" and that the "Muslim community cannot stop the temple procession!!"

- Most ppl read only the headlines and outrage!! What do u think they will assume? That Majority Hindus r objecting to Minority (Muslim) festivals!
- Whereas the reality is the other way round!!

- 9 yrs a community, in its native state fights 4d right 2celebrate its festival in Courts! Yet its termed bigoted!
- A minority comunty, starts calling Maj Festvl a Sin d moment it becomes majority in 1 locality -Yet its termed PEACEFUL!

- The Police takes no action against bigots who call another community as sinners! And instead put curbs on the tolerant community - and calls it Law & Order enforcement!
- The judiciary b4 present judgment did nothing to protect Majority festival - and calls it #JUSTICE!!

-The media had no b@**$ to call out the bigotry & instead presented it as a case of "Majority(Hindus) stopping Minority (Muslim) - and called it #Reporting!!
- And d Majority comunty after already accepting that it wl not sprinkle Haldi in d procession - calls it #VICTORY!
