They received the shirts on 22/1/2021 & judging by the ones in the picture, they had not more than 20 shirts for them to handle. I am not a business expert myself but for ones who have been doing GO for quite long, that number of shirts shouldn’t take months to settle.

38 days later, “Will start by this week”
21 days later, they tweeted about t-shirts but I didn’t receive any emails so I DMed them. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a reply so I had to DM them again 6 days after and it was replied the day after with what I would say ‘excuses’ because keeping silent won’t solve anything.
I just wanted updates. Whatever problem you’re having, deal with the problem and let your customers know what have you done and not done. I transferred the money right after they emailed me but…

And another thing that triggered me was that you had the audacity to open more GO and even volunteered to register for the membership but then was too busy to update me.

There’s not much to say but the thing that got me pissed was that she unwrapped my stuff which was bubble-wrapped together with a handwritten letter, which was only half-folded because I thought no one would unwrap the stuff…
I don’t mind them opening the big plastic to put all the items together but why unwrap the smallest thing…didn’t say a word the day it happened because I didn’t want to make a fuss in the group where all could see the picture they posted of the items we sent them.
