- Try to find some time during the week to spend time and connect with your friends, colleagues& loved ones. We often overlook this due to our hectic schedule or simply "it" not being a priority,It can be a simple coffee session to a planned mini excursion.

- Building loving relationships has been shown to improve depression, anxiety, and other mental illnesses.
3. Relaxation

- Relaxation is our body’s way of rejuvenating. It allows time for our mind and body to repair. It has also been shown that relaxing improves our mood and improves brain function and memory. Schedule in some down time.
4. Communicate

- Having someone to talk and communicate openly is important. Tell them about how you are feeling and what you might be thinking that is affecting you as an individual.
5. Values

- Engage in activities that provide you with a sense of value and that are important to you. Values play a crucial role in mental health recovery and empowerment.
6. Goal Settings

- Engage in activities that provide you both a sense of pleasure and accomplishment.
7. Coping Skills

- Coping skills help you tolerate, minimize, and deal with stressful situations in life. Managing your stress well can help you feel better physically and psychologically and it can impact your ability to perform your best.
8. Being Mindful

- Use and incorporate mindfulness exercises like meditation to try to connect you with the present.
9. Self-Care

- Find time and activities to do the things which makes you happy and matter to you. Do not feel bad about it. Just like a car which needs refueling so do we !
10. Exercise

- Physical activity has a huge potential to enhance our wellbeing. Even a short burst of 10 minutes' brisk walking increases our mental alertness, energy and improves our mood. Participation in regular physical activity can reduce stress and anxiety.
