seek medical help if you have persistent fever >100F, persistent cough - that occurs/increases while you talk or walk around doing routine household activities, and of course if your oxygen saturation falls below 94% at rest or after 6 minutes walk.
there is no way to predict who will develop clotting tendency. as of now, the only thing that can be done is to do D-Dimer blood test and seek medical help if it is elevated beyond the normal range mentioned in the report.
