Honestly, @elfcosmetics, this Twitch stream was incredibly offensive. All joke aside, the fact that you couldn't find not one single Black woman, focused only on WOMEN (despite the fact that more than just "females" use makeup), and didn't prepare anything is embarrassing.
You should probably remove these pages from your site, tbh. You literally are purposefully ignoring the Black streamers in chat who have asked for more diversity. You didn't have a mod to protect the chat.

I feel like this disaster clip sums it up pretty well. The fact that you have two WHITE WOMEN talking about how difficult it is to find shades is truly... beyond awful.
Don't talk about inclusion and diversity in a stream without being able to even list THE TYPES OF SKIN TONES.

Also let's not forget about streamers like @GeekyCassie @MiladyConfetti @Xmiramira @EbonixSims @itsmeTroi @LovelustGames and everyone else who not only could ACTUALLY talk on these topics, but were literally in chat having to TAG MODS because of a completely unmoderated chat.

For over three hours, you've only used the term "females" when talking about your consumers and audience.
When you finally mention non-binary people, you don't even use the right tense. We aren't "a non-binary." Non-binary is an adjective, not a noun.

I would love to know, @elfcosmetics, since you mention that there's "so much more to come," which men and "non-binary" have received makeup PR packages? Which Black women?
If you're going to tout "diversity" as a company, then you should have no problem sharing those stats.

I wanna clarify that I'm not just some angry internet troll. I'm someone who LITERALLY just spent over $100 on Elf products over the past week. I'm someone who uses (or rather, used* because I'm not buying any more after this) your products regularly.
Hey @elfcosmetics - you should probably vet your participants more too.
You had someone go live after your event to laugh at diversity, read comments about "white shaming," and pull up other people's Twitters to call them names.
Looking forward to your response.

Posted this as a quote tweet too, but wanted it in the thread:
Let me know if you need any recs for other products! There are a FEW that I haven't been able to find a perfect dupe for, but I can share some of my other fav brands!

And I'll just leave this here as a reminder that Elf is still willingly working with known racists anyways, so I guess none of this should be very surprising. https://twitter.com/itslucillexoxo/status/1391632278930010113?s=20
