Someone asked me this "Why did you not myday or post your mom's picture with a caption of "Happy Mother's Day"?

A thread:
• I was scrolling to my newsfeed when one of my random friend chat me.
• her: why did you not myday or post your mom's picture with a caption of Happy Mother's Day?
me: is it required to do it?
• her: of course! you must do that. are your not proud of your mother?

then it hit me, so I replied.

me: i'm very proud of my mother and that doesn't mean that I if I didn't myday or post her means I'm not proud of her.
• her: is that so? but why can't you just post her photo?
me: I'm not gonna do that because it is better to say to her A HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY and tell her that I LOVE HER than do post it on social media.
• I am not that kind of children that who are really sweet and really vocal to her parents but doing such thing like posting and all...is not my thing.
• I may not always says I LOVE YOU to my mom but in this Mother's Day month I was able to say to her that I'm really proud and blessed that I have her as my mom.
• to the youth out there who's going to read this thread. don't you just post it. say it. say to your mom that you love her. say to her that you are really proud of her. and don't use social media to say that you are proud of her. make her feel that.
