figure out ur tdee
( this is mine im gonna use it to demonstrate )
the main thing you need to know is ur weekly recommended cal amount

if you are not sedentary , multiply your daily recommended cals by 7 to get this total
step 2

take ur weekly amount of recommended calories and minus 7700 from this number

this is the amount of cals ur meant to have a week to loose a kg, u can variate ur diet on this
for me i did the sum
10880 - 7700 = 3180
if u would rather lose 1 lbs a week you can change the 7700 number to 3500

7700 = one kg
3500 = one lb
step 3

divide this number by 7 to get the amount of cals u should eat a day
for me i ended up with the total of 454 cals
