Listen I personally have kids and I'm personally very glad that I personally have kids but I don't think having kids is an inherent necessity to being human I think some ppl just don't want kids and that's neato too so uhhhh maybe we shouldn't shit on ppl who don't want kids

Also all the "some ppl don't want kids because they have trauma" or "i'm so sorry that you don't have kids" talk needs to stop because like can we stop assuming everyone who doesn't want kids was traumatized??? Like maybe they just want to be able to sleep and go on vacations??

No one says "being a doctor is the best choice you could make with your life" because like. Ok maybe for some people but not for me I don't want to be a doctor I think it's fucking weird to choose to look down ppls throats for a living

My point is that being a parent isn't the "hardest job in the world" it's a job and there's a lot of responsibility but I think it's gross to just assign sainthood to ppl just for procreating

Tldr if you're a mom like me that's cool it's fun to be us and swap stories but also. I just think it's weird to have negative opinions toward people who choose not to be parents like it's literally no one's business but theirs so let's shut up about it please
