No. I& #39;m not celebrating Mother& #39;s Day. Just like DeBeers Diamonds invented a way to steal thousands of dollars from a young couple who needs the money way more than they do, and Lent benefits the fishing industries, Mother& #39;s Day is another corporate-cash grab. Don& #39;t believe me?

You may be right. You might be able to celebrate Mother& #39;s Day without giving your cash to a flower company, jewelry company or phone company - but I doubt it.
As a young Catholic girl, I remember Mother& #39;s Day very clearly. It was the one day a year that greeters held big bouquets of roses at the door - and only gave them to mothers. I still would be without a rose.
It& #39;s great for the flower industry - with every Catholic temple in the nation buying millions of roses using the 10% tithe their members shell out. But it& #39;s not good for slave/forced labor in the world. And it& #39;s not good for equality. Great for caste systems though.
And I learned a lot about the origin of caste systems today, because I didn& #39;t focus on Mother& #39;s Day. Instead, I was able to write this thread, which took me hours: https://twitter.com/bookofkatherine/status/1391461808658132994">https://twitter.com/bookofkat... I think it was worth it, don& #39;t you?
God doesn& #39;t define a woman by whether she has children by her womb or not. He would give every women that allows him too a flower. That& #39;s what he says in Isaiah 49. He adores those in exile, too. They can have children in other ways. (Link: https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Isaiah+49&version=MSG)">https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/... #Isaiah49
