Question for someone who knows more about the medical science on COVID than me: is it possible to reach herd immunity with both the vaccinated population AND a sliver of the population that has had COVID (and thus has the antibodies)?
Obviously, some of this probably depends on the virulence of the variants and speed at which they spread. But as the unvaccinated slice of the country shrinks and the virus has fewer and fewer viable hosts, it seems like this combination could get us over the hump, no?
