1) Is it possible Liz wins House vote this week & retains post? She won handily 1st time in anonymous vote. If it's anonymous again, why wouldn't she win by similar margin? Surely, majority of House Rs know a Big Lie when they see one. Could they make stand here, even if
2) it's done anonymously?
Does Liz even want to stay in leadership? If she's kicked out, she becomes a martyr to truth & free to speak her mind more often & openly. Positioning herself to be the Establishment candidate when Trump flames out before 24.
Vote will be an interesting
3) indication of where power lies in R House, McCarthy or Liz. I assume many Rs detest Trump & Mac (selfish sellout) & if they can express that contempt anonymously, they just might.
Also, where will big donors come down here?
4) Surprise Hollywood ending: Liz survives vote, keeps her post. She immediately resigns from the post, saying she can't do the job because she can't go along w/the official R policy of defending the Big Lie. Is this why she refused to campaign for the position?
5) After she resigns, Liz, now freed from all political restraint, makes the rounds on the talk shows for the next two weeks, reinventing the 'full Ginsburg' as the Liz Landslide.
